We at iwonmyleague are committed quality and satisfaction with all of our products.  We are very careful about the quality of product we put out, but from time to time something can happen that compromises the quality of your trophy, game or other product.  In the event that the product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@iwonmyleague.com and let us know.  We'll send you a return shipment label and pay for the product to come back to our shop.  We'll either repair or replace the product.  And if you are not satisfied, we will issue you a refund.  Please include in the subject and body of the email your order number and the shipping ID if you have one.  Also in the body of the email, please indicate the reason for return, whether you are seeking a refund or replacement.  Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the shipment date of our products to you.
